2. The Science, Art and Soul of Mindfulness
Description: Are you interested in taking your newfound knowledge a step further? Turn head knowledge into habitual positive change in your life and the lives of those around you. In this four-part interactive course, you will engage in teaching and guided practice related to brain/body awareness, breath work, stress reactions and habits of positivity. As you build your awareness of yourself and others, pathways are paved for clear, kind and effective communication in relationships both at work and at home.
